Runtime replacement note
- This release uses a shared-library style deployment of Qt/PySide components in
  the application folder. The shipped Qt/PySide binaries are not statically
  linked into the application executable.
- The PySide6/Qt runtime components are shipped separately in the installation
  tree and are intended to remain replaceable by an interface-compatible build
  of the same covered libraries.
